Canadian Skateboarding does not typically get its shine on. There are obvious exceptions, Rick Howard, Rick McCrank, Mark Appleyard, the Dime boys, etc. But this new generation seems to be trying harder to seem un-canadian. Bobby Dekeyzer rips, it's undeniable. He seems californian both in appearance and trick bag. (Sucui, Gillette etc.) while fellow Canadian turned new age Alien Workshop posted child Paul Liliani also undeniably rips but does in fact seem Canadian.

Best of luck to these two young men in their journey of abandoning their heritage.

Jason Spivey recently going pro for Politic with a part in Transworld backed "Headcleaner" shows smooth lines drawn from an East Coast brain on a mostly West Coast backdrop. The "wavy" front blunt and the foot placement following his first nose manual help reiterate why his name is on a board.
